These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ready 2 Renew LLC, dba Go Vertical Platforms ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of our website at goverticalplatforms.com and our 3D Mezzanine Configurator at visualizer.goverticalplatforms.com (the "Services").

By accessing the Services, submitting your information through our access gate, or checking the "I agree to the Terms of Service" checkbox, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Description of Services

Go Vertical Platforms provides a proprietary 3D mezzanine configuration tool that allows qualified prospects to design custom steel mezzanine structures and submit quote requests. The Services are intended for commercial and business use by facility managers, contractors, and procurement professionals evaluating mezzanine solutions.

Eligibility and Access

Access to the 3D Configurator requires submitting your contact information through our identity verification gate. By submitting this information you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are accessing the Services for legitimate commercial evaluation purposes
• The information you provide is accurate and complete
• You are located in a region authorized to access the Services

We reserve the right to deny or revoke access at our sole discretion, including if submitted information is determined to be false or if our systems identify the session as presenting a security or fraud risk.

Intellectual Property

The 3D Mezzanine Configurator, including its source code, algorithms, configuration logic, visual design, user interface, and all underlying software, is the exclusive proprietary property of Ready 2 Renew LLC. All rights reserved. Patent pending.

The Go Vertical Platforms name, logo, and branding are trademarks of Ready 2 Renew LLC. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for competitive intelligence gathering or for the benefit of any competitor
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the Configurator software or its logic
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or extract data from the Services
• Bypass, circumvent, or defeat any security measure or access control
• Submit false or fraudulent information through any form
• Share your access credentials or session with third parties
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose

Information You Submit

By submitting your contact information through the Services, you consent to being contacted by Go Vertical Platforms regarding your inquiry. You understand that your use of the Services and the information you provide may be used as described in our Privacy Policy for lead qualification and sales purposes.

Quotes and Pricing

Configurations generated through the 3D Configurator are for estimation and visualization purposes only. They do not constitute a binding quote, contract, or offer to sell. Final pricing is subject to engineering review, site conditions, material costs at time of order, freight, and installation requirements. All formal quotes are issued separately in writing and are valid for the period specified in the quote document.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, READY 2 RENEW LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ready 2 Renew LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the Services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
